2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, purchases, and agreements between you and AresGymClothing. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and privacy policy.
3. The agreement
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will keep you updated throughout the process until your package is delivered. Our webshop is secure and reliable.
4. Trial period – your responsibility
Feel free to try on the item, but only with the tag still attached. Return the product clean and undamaged. If it’s used, damaged, or dirty, we may reduce your refund or decline the return.
5. Returns & exchanges
Once we receive your return in good condition, we aim to refund the purchase amount within 5 business days. Want to exchange? Mention this clearly in the return form. As soon as we receive it, your new item will be shipped the same day. Always email us your return tracking code.
6. Prices & shipping
All prices include VAT. Shipping is free for orders over €75. Orders below this amount are charged €4.95 for shipping.
7. Warranty & complaints
If there’s an issue with your item, let us know. We’ll solve it fairly and as quickly as possible.
8. Shipping & delivery
Orders placed before 21:00 are usually shipped the same day. Delivery takes place at the address or pickup point you specified. If you don’t pick up your package, we’re not responsible for any consequences and may charge extra costs. If your package is lost or damaged before arrival, we’ll take care of it.
9. Payments
Orders paid in advance will be processed once payment is received. Noticed an error in your payment details? Please contact us.
10. Discount codes
– Valid only during the indicated period and not combinable with other discounts or sale items.
– Personal, non-transferable, and usable once.
– No cash value.
– If an item purchased with a code is returned, the refund is proportional to the amount paid.
– Cannot be used in combination with gifts.
11. Sales & promotions
During sale periods, shipping may take a bit longer. Any questions? Contact us, we’re happy to help.
12. Final notes
These are our current terms. If we make changes in the future, you’ll find them on our website. Any changes will not negatively affect you.
