Order on a business day before 11:59 PM and your order will usually be delivered within 2–3 business days.

🇳🇱 Netherlands & 🇧🇪 Belgium

Order on a business day before 11:59 PM and, in most cases, your order will be delivered the next business day.

🇪🇺 Other European Countries

Order on a business day before 11:59 PM and your order will usually be delivered within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Costs

🚚 Free shipping on all orders over €70, regardless of the destination country.

For orders below €70, the following shipping rates apply:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: €4.95
  • United Kingdom: €8.00
  • Other European Countries: €8.00

Your order can be delivered to your home address or any alternative delivery address of your choice.

Delivery with DHL

DHL will deliver your order to the address you provided during checkout.

Not home at the time of delivery? DHL may leave your parcel with a neighbour or make another delivery attempt.

If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DHL will notify you of the nearest DHL ServicePoint where you can collect your parcel.

Your parcel will be held for 7 days. After that, it will automatically be returned to us.

Collect at a DHL ServicePoint

Prefer not to wait at home for your delivery? Simply choose a DHL ServicePoint during checkout.

Your parcel will be available for collection for 7 days, after which it will automatically be returned to us.

Delivery During Sale Periods

During major sale events, delivery times may be longer due to the high order volume.

Shipping may take 1 to 3 weeks during these periods.

💛 Good news: In over 90% of cases, orders are still shipped the next business day or within the same week.
