Washing Instructions

To keep your Ares Gym Clothing products looking and performing their best, we recommend following these care instructions:

• Wash your garment on a delicate cycle using cold water (maximum 30°C / 86°F).
• Use a mild detergent and avoid detergents containing bleach.
• Wash dark-colored garments separately to help prevent color fading.
• Do not use fabric softener, as it can weaken the fabric and reduce its performance.
• Lay the garment flat to dry or hang it on a clothesline. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• We do not recommend ironing your garments, as heat may cause shrinkage, damage the fabric, or affect the elasticity of the leggings.
