For shipment we work together with DHL. Together we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. This is often already within 3 working days, if you order before 9 p.m., your order is already sent the next! If you have not yet received your order after 5 working days, please contact us
Your order can be delivered to your home or at a different address. We request a contribution to the shipping costs of € 4.95 per order. For shipping outside the Netherlands € 8.
Delivery via DHL
DHL delivers your order to the address you specified. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the neighbors or offered again later. The day and the time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home at the 2nd delivery, you will receive a note in the letterbox. It says at which service point from DHL you can pick up the package. You have 7 days to pick up the package otherwise the package will be returned.
Pick up at a DHL collection point
You no longer have to stay at home to receive your package. You can have your package delivered to a collection points at DHL. You decide where your package will be delivered and when you will pick it up. There is always a DHL location in your area. You can pick up the package within a week, after which the package will be returned.
