Return policy

Return policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, but if you still want to return or exchange a product, we will use the following rules:

• To report a return, you can send an e-mail to 'klantenservice@aresgymclothing.com. ' State your order number and the reason for return.

• After receiving your product (s) you have 14 days to let us know that you want to return the products.

• Returning products is at your own expense, but exchange is free of charge! So if you want to exchange an item for a different size, color or another item, it is completely free of charge for you. 

• For products where hygiene is important, we cannot accept returned products if they are used, stained or damaged. In this case the product is not reimbursed.

• When you have registered a return, you will receive a confirmation with a return form from us. You must send this form fully filled in with the return package.

• The purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which the purchase was made at the latest as soon as possible within 5 working days of receiving the return shipment.
